Just over ten years ago a spinal surgeon told Claudine that she would more than likely be wheelchair bound by the age of 40 unless she joined a gym and incorporated full time fitness into her life after she had suffered two inter-vertebral disc herniation’s in her lumber spine through a teen accident.
In 2003 she exceeded everyone’s expectations when she entered into the Fitness Industry ready to make a change to herself and to others. In the seven years Claudine has been in the industry, she has hit personal bests, defied odds and changed her client’s life’s for the better.
Claudine’s rise and success came to a new level in May 2009 when she took home a world title as the ANB Miss Asia Pacific International Sports Model of 2009. She rose again on the world stage in June 2010 and competed at the MuscleMania Miss Model Universe World titles in Miami, USA. As one of the more accomplished Sports and Fitness Models in Australia she has featured in numerous publications including Oxygen Magazine, Natural Bodz Magazine and Fitness First Magazine.
She is also a Level Two Poliquin Certified Strength Coach, which compliments her years of personal experience in training, competing and coaching others to achieve their health and fitness goals.
With her all round versatility having an Advanced Diploma in Communications, she is a perfect spokesperson and advocate for health and fitness. Claudine practices what she preaches day in and day out and is an ambassador for leading life the healthy way.
