- Brain picking consultations – these are booked in 1 hour blocks and can be done in person or via skype with any of our staff. Clean Health Director Daine McDonald currently conducts weekly brain picking consultations via skype and in person with coaches from around the world
- Clean Health Internships – we offer these in 3 day blocks where you spend 24 hours with our senior staff going through our education program (see below) and systems we use to achieve maximum client results. We also go in depth into business development and how to maximize your income in record time
- Online Clean Health Trainer Education Program – this in-house educational program was created by Director Daine McDonald to teach Clean Health trainer’s the skills and knowledge learned over many years of being one of Australia’s leading personal trainer’s. It is taught over 24 hours to our staff. This is available to complete via skype. Topics covered include:
- Lifestyle and initial assessment techniques
- Nutrition protocols for various client goals
- Supplementation protocols for various client goals
- Lab testing – what to do and how to interpret it for various client goals
- Advanced programming for fat loss, hypertrophy and the strength athlete
- Business development – how to maximise your earning potential in record time
