We have trained athletes from numerous sports both professional and amateur including Mogul Skiing, Rugby League and Rugby Union.

We cover every area in helping you to increase your athletic performance. You will work exclusively with Clean Health Director Daine McDonald, who has spent numerous hours with world-renowned Strength Coach Charles Poliquin giving him all the tools ensure your athletic performance is taken to the next level.

A nutritional education and audit, lifestyle assessment, hormonal and medical testing will also be covered to ensure your body is able to perform at it’s peak condition in as fast a time as possible.

Our athletic performance programs come in two different sizes:

  1. 6-week off-season blast – designed for those athletes who only have a very short off-season and who want to transform their body and conditioning. Training is two to five times per week and intense!
  2. 12-week healthy, lean and strong package – guaranteed to shock your coaches with a new you upon returning to training camp. This package can be used during the off-season and during season ensuring you can keep improving and stay in peak condition year round.
