I contacted Daine last year to help me further my knowledge of Poliquin’s BioSignature method. After working with him for the last six months of 2010 I consider him second to none in Australia in his knowledge of the BioSignature method and his ability to integrate functional medicine with strength training to achieve rapid improvements in health, performance and body composition.

The technical knowledge I acquired through Daine I used to accelerate my own results, which enabled me to achieve a body fat percentage of 5.5% body fat at over 90kg. I also was able to accelerate the results of my own clients (I was able to take several clients below 5% body fat) I was also able to dramatically increase my business and income through his business coaching going from about 25 PT sessions per week to 40 while completing a masters degree in Exercise Physiology and training up to twice a day at the same time.

Bottom line is if you want to achieve the best results you must train with the best and I consider Daine and his team at Clean Health to fit that description not only due to his superior knowledge but also his ability to motivate. Every time I am around Daine I find myself far more motivated than ever before to succeed with my own health and training as well as in business so I would highly recommend him to any personal trainer, health professional or regular Joe who wishes the same.
