As a Personal Trainer still relatively new to the industry, I wanted to get a PT for my own business development as well as gain some serious lean muscle mass.

And there was no doubt in my mind that I was going to see Clean Health.

My time with Clean Health has made me a more informed and confident PT. My Trainer, Rawdon Dubois made me feel part of the Clean Health family from day 1 by introducing me to everyone and not just the trainers but the members as well.

Rawdon was happy to field the thousands of questions I had about my training, about my own clients and general business questions.

Thanks Rawdon and Clean Health, if you are a personal trainer looking to get results and learn from the best this is the place to do it.

Service: Clean Health 3 Day Trainer Internship

The internship with Clean Health in Sydney was easily worth the investment for me. As a professional strength coach (Head of Strength and Power – Sydney Roosters) the ability to stay ahead of the game is essential to stay employed and help players to new levels of performance. Daine’s knowledge of blood work and functional nutrition/medicine is phenomenal. His ability to get that information across to the audience means that you learn a lot of practical information that you can apply. I’m now going back through blood testing results of my athletes and clients to make sure no potential area for improvement was missed.

Together Daine and Rawdon also share their real world experience with adding muscle mass and losing body fat. During the internship we trained using their methods and experienced first hand how the team at clean health work to get amazing results. The weights that clients and staff were lifting during their sessions was the best testimonial to the way the gym works and an example for those on the internship to aspire towards.
I recommend the course to those looking to lead the field of personal training and elite performance.

Clean Health 3 Day Trainer Internship Testimonial

Why try and re-invent the wheel? The saying holds true to so many people in the fitness industry. We are currently making mistakes that other personal trainers have been making for years. Why not find someone who has done it all and got it right, then learn how they did it, and do it!

I heard Daine’s name come up numerous times when I was completing my PICP Level 1 and 2. I saw him referenced in articles by the likes of Charles Poliquin and Nick Mitchell. If you want to be up there with the best in the industry, you need to learn from one of the best in the industry. This is what I did by deciding to take part in Clean Health’s 3 day Internship.

In those 3 days I learned more than I could have from reading any book or doing any online course through Daine and his senior coaches Rawdon Dubois and Clint Sellen. The knowledge that I took away has separated me from all the other trainers in my club and the clients I have picked up passively, from doing my own training or training my clients using the programming techniques I learned, has increased dramatically.

The best thing about the internship is that it didn’t just stop after the 3 days. They have remained in contact, sending my info, setting up skype calls, making me aware of workshops they were holding. By doing the internship I not only learned so much in those 3 days I felt my head was going to explode, but I also made a really great support contact in the industry.

Don’t be an 18 month statistic, learn from the best, have heaps of fun doing it, and get beasted like you never thought possible on the weights floor!
