Having trained weekly with Daine for most of 2011 I have seen my body – at 30 years old – change drastically in such a short space of time.

Daine’s scientific approach incorporating the BioSignature method has completed changed my approach to health and fitness forever enabling me to get into the best shape of my life.

I have had better digestion, better sleep patterns and much greater energy throughout the time I have been working with him. Without his coaching I would not have placed 3rd in the Fitness Model category at the 2011 ANB APAC’s and 4th at the 2011 INBA Model Universe this year.

I was given the 12-week package to me as a birthday present from my girlfriend. I have been training for many years previously and after a quite serious shoulder injury I had struggled to get back into shape and also was very low on confidence in the gym with my training.
